This initiative proposes the rules[1] in foreign policy, enabling peace among countries. 

Achieving peace is difficult in the present atmosphere of distrust, where no rules are respected, even those that would protect life and dignity of neighbours. How dangerous can it be we are explaining here. 

We cannot force others to trust us or to behave in ways we want. Nor we can change the past. But we can create conditions granting everyone possibility to start anew, earn trust and have the peace - in exchange of respecting simple and transparent rules necessary to achieve all of that. 

It can be done by establishing the peace zone joining together all governments willing to show, that they are not enemies to those that do not attack them. Trust of others that they will not become attackers themselves will be strengthened by strict membership rules not allowing aggression. They will allow only transparent defence to stop ongoing attacks beyond their borders. 

Taking in mind, that such defensive strategy can be much more efficient than offence, and that this defence will be a collaborative effort of all members, we can assume that this peace zone will be safe and strong enough to endure.

Peace zone rules, which every member will sign in the declaration,  will allow coexistence and cooperation of the large number of very different countries, including those which are now at war, giving them possibility to stop the violence immediately, and the powerful protection from further attacks. They will be compatible with existing military alliances and with neutrality statuses too.

The membership will be open to everyone regardless of political or geopolitical affiliation. Anyone able to go off the past will have the possibility to live in peace and freedom.

We believe in the success of this peace initiative also because:

• Almost all people in the world wish to live in peace. It is not just the war we tend to reject, but even much smaller changes that would bring uncertainty to our everyday lives.
• Without the support of local population, no government can start or maintain a war policy, even if it holds absolute power.[2] It would be only possible in a country controlled by foreign troops.
• It is also not common to wish war to others. Most citizens do not support war policies of their governments when they feel safe. They support invasions of their armies only if they consider it inevitable for their own safety or saving many lives.
• Membership in the peace zone will provide such safety alternative, after which wars will be not necessary.
